These Terms and Conditions and any other separate agreements where WebGarh Solutions provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes and/or discrepancies, all the matters concerning the same shall be as per Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) Jurisdiction, Punjab.
