This project focused on the automation and integration of the OnParallel platform with Apptivo CRM to enable seamless customer data synchronization. The primary objective was to automatically fetch customer data generated through various OnParallel workflows and push it into Apptivo CRM with proper tagging, eliminating manual data handling.

This OnParallel Apptivo CRM integration ensures accurate data flow, improves CRM efficiency and reduces operational effort for business teams.

What is AppTivo CRM?

Apptivo CRM is a highly customizable, cloud-based business management suite designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It supports a wide range of functions, including contact management, lead tracking, opportunity management, email marketing, project management, invoicing and marketing campaigns.

Client Requirement / Goal

The client was actively using both Apptivo CRM and OnParallel workflows and required a solution to sync data between the two platforms automatically.

The Key Requirement was to:

  1. Capture completed and closed workflow data from OnParallel
  2. Push customer data into Apptivo CRM using APIs
  3. Eliminate manual data entry and reduce operational overhead

To achieve this, the client needed a middleware-based CRM integration solution that could reliably automate the data exchange.

Our Solution

We created a middleware which is hosted on the LAMP server. The middleware facilitates the seamless posting of the customer data from onParallel to the Apptivo CRM.

The client does not need to handle any information manually on apptivo CRM.

Specifics of our solution:

  • We created a middleware script which is hosted on an independent server.
  • Middleware works with onparallel specific events (create, close, competed) to trigger actions in the script.
