United States Flag Store operates one of the largest online businesses in the United States, focused on flags and patriotic merchandise. The store manages a vast product catalog that includes numerous flag variations, accessories, and bundled kits.

The goal of the project was to migrate the store from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus while maintaining business continuity. The migration needed to introduce new capabilities that the existing platform could not support, including advanced B2B structured purchasing features, complex bundling functionality, and robust fraud prevention to address ongoing attacks.

Their BigCommerce store was handling a large product catalog but was constrained by the platform's limitations around product bundling, B2B sales, and mobile experience.
