Bullman Equipment had outgrown its PrestaShop setup. Ongoing customer-experience issues, management complexity, and scalability limits were creating friction for both the business and its users. Webgarh rebuilt the store as a headless commerce experience, using Odoo ERP as the backend and Next.js for the frontend. The result was a faster, more manageable commerce setup with centralized control and a store that went on to scale 3x after launch.
